[Promotum] Guys in skirts

Howmet Co. in Whitehall MI makes jet engine turbine parts. They were
recently bought out by another company, and the new management instituted
a decree that shorts were not allowed on the factory floor (which like
most factories is not airconditioned and gets quite hot in summer).
However, women were still allowed to wear skirts. So, several of the male
factory workers have started wearing skirts in protest of the decree.
Apperently the ladies are giving them crap over not being color coordinated...
